Our Team

Sreehita Hajeebu

Sreehita Hajeebu is the initiator of the “CAUSE” Project (“Creating Awareness for Underprivileged Student Empowerment”). She embarked on a journey to create awareness among schools and communities in the United States to address the educational challenges and scarcity of learning resources for the underprivileged kids globally. The Project’s uniquely designed “Pen Pal” program aims to connect kids globally to share ideas, seek guidance and foster kid-to-kid interaction.

Nuntiya Smith

Nuntiya Smith works at the Davidson Institute for Talent Development and is the manager of the Young Scholars Ambassador Program, which is designed to “foster learning and civic engagement through community service, volunteerism and leadership in highly motivated and mature Young Scholars.” Mrs. Smith also serves as the main Advisor for the program, and is constantly inspired by bright, motivated, and compassionate young people. She enjoys guiding them as they strive to reach their goals and make the world a better place.

Joshua Weinstein

Joshua Weinstein teaches History for Middle and Upper School students at the Moorestown Friends School. With a Master’s Degree in Education and a Principal’s Certificate in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School, Mr. Weinstein has a deep understanding of various cultures and ethnicities across the globe. His years of experience in dealing with kids of all age groups and an extremely friendly nature allows him to positively impact the learning experience of the students he interacts with. He personally developed a teaching style that helps build a classroom of high expectations and exceedingly high academic rigor.

Cathy Wang

Cathy Wang is a middle school advisor and Chinese teacher at Moorestown Friends School. She started off pursuing journalism when she came to America, in a highly selective program. But, soon she realized that teaching and helping kids learn was her new dream. She became a mother, as well as a teacher and continued inspiring the lives of kids, while teaching them a new culture. She has been a great help to CAUSE’s Pen Pal program in terms of donating books from Chinese culture and connecting kids across the world.
